Their Majesties, King Liam and Queen Fara, invite you to join them as they seek their new heirs. The Shire of Darach welcomes everyone to come enjoy the cool coastal breezes, and witness the kingdom’s combatants as they endeavor to be the next heirs of CAID.
Crown Tourney will be best 2 out of 3 per round. The final round will be 3 of 5 mixed weapons: 1st round – great weapon; 2nd round – sword and buckler; 3rd round – sword and shield; 4th round – single sword; 5th round – fighter’s choice.
The opportunity to submit a letter of intent has begun and will close on September 21 at 11 PM. Only letters submitted through the online form will be accepted.
SCHEDULE:
8:00am - Setup Starts
9:00am - Gate Opens
9:15am - Lists open
10:00am - Opening court (at TRMs discretion)
10:30am - List closes
10:30am - Presentation of Consorts
11:00am - Tourney Begins
4:00pm - Closing Court
5:00pm - Site Closes
EVENT REGISTRATION:
$20 per Adult Event Registration, $10 per Adult with Member Discount Event
Registration (with proof of membership).
Children 17 and under are guests of the Barony. Please bring cash or make checks
payable to “SCA, Inc./Shire of Darach.
SITE INFORMATION/RESTRICTIONS:
This is a dry site. Pavilions and day shades are welcome. Stakes should be no longer than 8”. Parking will be available onsite. No driving on the grass to unload. Dogs are allowed onsite, but must be leashed.

Print of your pavilion, ropes included Privy Council will be held at the Freedom Center at 515 Eubanks in Camarillo, near the Camarillo Airport.

DIRECTIONS: Take your favorite route to the US 101 toward Camarillo. Exit at Pleasant Valley/Santa Rosa Rd//.
From the North/West: Turn left onto Santa Rosa Rd. Proceed to Old Ranch Road and turn left. The park will be directly ahead.
From the South/East: Turn right onto Santa Rosa Rd. and proceed as above.
