CROWN CHAKRA GONG MEDITATION
When the mind races and the world demands our attention, the deeper sense of unity within us can begin to fade from view. This 30-minute gong meditation is an invitation to dissolve distraction and rest in the quiet light of awareness.
Centered on the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - the energy center of spiritual connection, consciousness, and inner stillness - this practice uses the pure, expansive tones of the gong to soften boundaries, clear mental fog, and open to the vast space of being. As the sound moves through you, it invites surrender, silence, and a sense of unity beyond words.
This session is part of our 7-week Chakra Gong Meditation Series, exploring one energy center each week through sound, intention, and deep rest. Come to one or journey through all seven for a full-spectrum energetic reset.
