Sprint: This is a great option for beginners or those looking for a challenge. Here's a typical breakdown:
Swim: 400 meters
Bike: 20 kilometers
Run: 5 kilometers
Relay: Super Sprint Distance. This fantastic team event lets you share the triathlon experience with friends or family. You can divide the triathlon disciplines (swim, bike, run) in any way that works best for your team. Teams of 2-3.
Swim: 200 meters
Bike: 20 kilometers
Run: 2.5 kilometers
Aquabike: Sprint Distance. This category is designed for those who prefer swimming and cycling; it eliminates the running portion.
