About this Event

Coaches from CrossFit Snowdrift will lead you through a 45 min workout class. Within this time you will warm-up your body, move through a workout that is coach-led, and have a few moments to recover through stretching. ALL ages and fitness levels are welcome! Join us wherever you are in your fitness journey. Anyone under 16, please attend with an adult. Children and parents must have their own sign-up.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver form and get set up;you may print and bring it with you ahead of time. Please bring your ticket/sign-up confirmation via phone or paper.

Location: Enter the High School through door 1, main entrance, and go to your left. There will be signage and staff to direct you to the area.
