Come out to the first jam at CrossFit Revamped in Columbia! Only $20 per person for a class 5-6 pm and a jam 6-10 pm. No experience or partner required.
If this does well, the sky's the limit! We're hoping to have a weekly jam and classes, along with workshops and intensives. Currently mats are limited, so please bring any yoga mats, puzzle mats, or any other form of mat you have. Any money we will make after paying for the space will go towards purchasing additional mats, crash pads, and lines for the space.
If you know you will be going, please sent payment as soon as you can. The sooner we can cover the rental costs, the sooner we can begin to plan future events and additional purchases. You can pay in cash, or through PayPal (Noahj554) , Venmo (Noah-Vegh-Gaynor), or Zelle([email protected]). If paying with cash, please let me know so I can account for that ahead of time.
If you're on the fence, no pressure to decide! "Walk-ins" are of course always welcome.
Class info:
Andrew and I will be teaching an all-levels Jugging and Acro class. There will be a basic introduction to juggling and some simple acro yoga poses, and then we’ll try to combine them! No partner or experience required.
