The Crossfit Open is one of the largest community events of the year, in the world we all know as Crossfit. Every year, hundreds of thousands of athletes from various fitness backgrounds come together as one to compete in the online, worldwide competition. The Open consists of 3 workouts released over the span of 3 weeks, starting with 24.1 which will be released on 2/29. Workouts can be completed as prescribed (RX), or scaled, which makes the Open so unique and universal.For 3 weeks, athletes will take on 3 intense workouts that will test them mentally and physically. These workouts will make you push harder, dig deeper, and take your body to a level you never thought possible. The Open is YOUR time. The Open is when all of your hard work pays off. The Open allows you to be a part of the immense and dedicated Crossfit community. Use the open to test your limits, meet that milestone, and get that 'first' you've been waiting for!
Join Strength United Crossfit on Sat. March 16th for the Open workout 24.3. You will be able to participate during the 6,7 and 8 am time slots and we will have heats during each hour. Breakfast will be available, so come out and support your members.
Judges will be available at the following times each week throughout the Open to score your workout:
Friday @5:30 pm
Saturday @ 6 am, 7 am and 8 am
Sunday @ 11 am
Monday - If needed.............
