Please join me at CrossFit Hellkite for an amazing and relaxing sound bath experience. Courtney Hertner and I have teamed together to provide you this experience at your favorite CrossFit gym! You do not need to be a member of the gym to attend, but you might want to join them for future workouts after meeting their staff and some of their amazing members!🕛 Time: Oct 19 at 11:00 AM (arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in)
🎒 What to Bring:
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Eye mask to block out light
• Pillow (for your head or under your knees)
• A light blanket for extra comfort
💛 Cost: Sliding scale of $15-$25. Minimum donation of $15 via Venmo to hold your spot. Click on tickets link to pay for your ticket.
