Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 9th at 8:30am! Nerve Health & Fitness will host a special workout to support CrossFit Get Strong.
All proceeds will help cover their annual CrossFit affiliate fee.
The workout, based on 1 Timothy 4:8, will have a unique twist, and every dollar raised will go towards helping us spread the message of Christ through fitness.
