COME AND TAKE IT CROSSFIT – KIDS SUMMER CAMP

SESSION 2: July 13–16

This isn’t just a camp. This is where confidence gets built.

At Come and Take It CrossFit, our Kids Camp is designed to get your kids moving, learning, and growing in an environment that’s fun, structured, and built for real development.

We’re running both June and July sessions with the same schedule so you can plan ahead and lock in what works best for your family.

Littles Legends (Ages 5–9)

8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

This group is all about building the basics in a way kids actually enjoy.

We’ll focus on:

• Foundational movements
• Gymnastics basics
• Rope swings, obstacle courses, and games
• Fun, high-energy workouts that keep them engaged

They’ll be moving, laughing, and learning without even realizing how much they’re improving.

Built Different Athletes (Ages 10–14)

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

This group is built for athletes who are ready for more.

Our afternoon sessions focus on real athlete development—not just games, but learning how to train with purpose. We introduce structured workouts that build strength, speed, coordination, and confidence in a way that’s safe and age-appropriate.

Athletes will work on:

• Barbell fundamentals (with proper progressions)
• Running mechanics and conditioning
• Gymnastics skills like pull-ups, handstands, and core control
• Team-based training that builds accountability and grit

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This isn’t babysitting. It’s preparation.

We coach these athletes to:

• Move with intention
• Understand effort and pacing
• Handle challenges and push through discomfort
• Build discipline that carries over into sports and life

OUR GOAL

To help every athlete walk out stronger, more confident, and more prepared—whether that’s for their sport, the gym, or just life in general.
