This Hyrox-style showdown will have you charging through 8 epic workout stations, with a run between each to keep that engine firing. It’s a full-throttle test of grit, endurance, and all-out strength.

Movements will include:
1km Ski, Row, Run
Deadlift:
RX: 100/70Kg Barbell S: 85/55kg Barbell
Box Jumps 24”/20”
Burpees
Farmers carry
RX: 2x 32/24kg kettlebell S: 2x 24/16kg kettlebell
Weighted lunge on the spot:
RX: 2x 25/15kg dumbbell S: 2x 20/10kg dumbbell
Wall Balls: RX: 9/6kg S: 6/4kg
