We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn what this program is all about, so we have an orientation planned before the challenge kicks off that Monday, January 13! Those interested or who have already signed up for the Cross Kicks Fitness 90 Day Challenge are invited to come hear from Coaches about the nutrition programing, best practices and to ask questions before we launch this amazing program!
