I run warm, friendly Slimming World groups here in Crosby at St. Helen’s Church – and whether you’ve got a little or a lot to lose, you’ll be welcomed with open arms and the support you need to get there.

� Wednesdays – 6pm
� Thursdays – 9am & 10:30am
