IT'S CROPTOBERFEST!!! Bring your photos and albums, your stamps and cards, your projects or whatever you're working on and join us for a weekend of crafting, games, prizes, food and fun!
Crop Hours:
Friday NOON to Sunday 6pm
(we stay until the last person goes home and reopen at 10 am)
Cost:
$139 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Deposit Required: A $60 deposit required to reserve a seat

What's Included:
• Individual 6-foot table with a comfy chair
• Dinner provided Saturday night
• Table gift bag filled with goodies from our vendors
• Raffles from our vendors
• Plenty of power outlets for your electronic machines, laptops, chargers, etc.
• Use of store tools -- Cricut with cartridges, Big Shot with die cuts and embossing folders, Brother Machines, Glimmer Machine, templates, punches, cutting system and more!
• Our break room has a refrigerator with filtered water and ice machine, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a pop vending machine. Many croppers also bring a snack to share (completely optional) and place it on our community countertop.

Croptoberfest Cancellation Policies:
Any Cancellations more than 90 days Prior to the Event:
Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the Event will be offered the option to transfer the fee paid to another event within the calendar year IF your spot is filled. If your spot does not fill your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. Convenience/administration fee of $15.00 will be charged for changes to crop dates.
Cancellations less than 90 days of the Event:
Cancellations less than 90 days of the event, deposits are non refundable or transferable.
