INCLUDED IN RETREAT COST:
- 3 Nights Cabin Lodging in a resort community in the North Georgia Mountains with FREE access to an indoor pool, tennis & pickleball courts & Mini Golf (all attendees will have a roommate)
- Meals: Breakfast & Dinner on Sat & Sun, Soda, Water, Snacks Fri-Sun
- Crop Room open 4p-9p Friday (8/2), 9a-9p Saturday (8/3), 9a-9p Sunday (8/4)
- Private crop table
- Games & Prizes, Table Gifts, Demonstrations, Make & Takes

*Deposit refundable if you cancel at least 45 days prior to event, non-refundable after than.

An RSVP through Eventbrite DOES NOT guarantee your spot. Please fill out the Google form to register (https://forms.gle/vfPBmCx3EG8f9a969). Once this form is completed, you will receive options on how to submit your deposit/payment. You must make your deposit of $100 to guarantee your spot. You will only be allowed to fill out the Google Form one time. If you are unable to fill it out, that means you already completed it.

WAIT LIST
In the event registrations exceed available seating/lodging, a Wait List will be activated in order of registration date and time. When this occurs, you will receive a message to notify you that you have been placed on the Wait List. If and when a seat opens up for you, you will receive another message offering you that seat, and asking you to confirm whether or not you will attend.

CROP ROOM INFO:
Set up only once and leave your stuff overnight each day. The hall will be locked up each night. You can come and go in the Crop Room as you wish during the posted times. We will have table space and folding chairs, plus refrigerators, microwave, heat and air and free parking. The crop room will have to be cleared out by 9p on 8/4/2024.

Cabin is fully equipped with a full kitchen.

18+ (no children)
No animals
Bring your own extension cord/power strip (if desired)
Bring your own table lamp and/or craft mat (if desired)
Bring earbuds and/or ear plugs (if desired)
Bring a chair pad for comfort (if desired)
Bring a sweater or blanket for room temperature variations
Smoking or Vaping is only allowed outdoors of the crop room and cabin
Illegal substances prohibited in the crop room & cabin
The crop room is separate from the cabin/lodging but in the same community.
Each attendee will have a roommate for the weekend.
