Crop Swap at Jeff Seymour Family Center

Join ActiveSGV for our first Crop Swap at the Jeff Seymour Family Center! This event brings neighbors together to share home-grown produce, reduce food waste and learn about our local food system. During this crop swap, participants will be able to take home FREE produce, receive information about community resources, and learn to recognize different forms of sugar in food.

Although we highly encourage bringing homegrown produce to trade, it is not required to attend this event or receive free produce. Everyone is welcome and no one leaves without FREE produce! As a special thank you, participants that bring home produce can enter to win raffle prizes.

Recommended items to bring:

• Homegrown produce such as fruits, veggies, and herbs
• Homegrown plants or trimmings
• Reusable bags
