Crochet Amigurumi - Learn to make Jelly-Bob!

Come and progress your Crochet skills to the next level!

Amigurumi is the Japanese art of making crocheted stuffed toys and animals. Come and join us for this fun and informative class and learn all the skills needed to create your very own jellyfish.

This is a skill that will keep on giving whether it be for future toys, accessories or even garments!

You will be learning :

• How to make a magic circle
• following a pattern
• increasing and decreasing
• stuffing toys
• inserting safety eyes

Supplied:

• Tea and Coffee
• Scissors
• Crochet hooks
• Darning needle
• Limited Yarns will be supplied if required

Required:

Bring in your favourite yarns for this class! Because you will be making a toy, it doesn't matter which yarn you use! Jelly-Bob was made with our Rico Chenillove chunky which is one of the nicer chenille yarns to make toys in. Alternatively, if you would like to browse the shop before the Class starts, the girls and tutor in store will more than happy to help with any queries. We recommend that you use a yarn thickness of DK or thicker.
You will also need to bring in some snacks or a lunch box as you will have a break for lunch.
