Croatian Hall Sarma Cooking Class

Join us for a hands-on cooking class celebrating one of Croatia’s most beloved traditional dishes: sarma (cabbage rolls).

Participants will learn techniques for preparing cabbage leaves, mixing the filling, and rolling sarma step-by-step. Some sarma will be prepared ahead of time so participants can see the finished dish, and everyone will leave with a pan of five uncooked sarma to cook at home, along with a printed recipe.

Please note that space is limited to 10 participants to keep the class hands-on and comfortable in the kitchen.
