About this Event

This session combines practical Critical Incident Management Team Training with an immersive, facilitated Critical Incident Management Exercise, giving participants the opportunity to first build their knowledge, confidence and understanding of key incident management frameworks, and then immediately put those skills into practice in a realistic scenario. By combining learning with hands-on application, participants will strengthen their ability to make decisions under pressure, coordinate effectively, manage information and communications, and work together as a team, while identifying practical strengths and opportunities to further improve their organisation’s critical incident response capability.
