Chilean thrashers Critical Defiance are coming to Groningen! Supported by Finnish blackened speed metallers DET and Dutch thrash metal collective Headless Hunter!
Critical Defiance formed in 2010 and has in recent years released some of the best modern thrash metal with albums like "Misconception" (2019), "No Life Forms" (2022) and "The Search Won't Fall" (2024). Their new album "Rivers of Blood" will be released on Dying Victims Productions in September this year! For fans of Kreator, Dark Angel, Sodom, Rigor Mortis and Morbid Saint!
Finnish blackened speed metal collective DET (Destructive Elite Terror) play an evil, destructive brand of speed metal that may remind one of early Sodom, Bathory, Possessed and Sabbat. After putting out their self-titled full-length last year, and a split with Critical Defiance earlier this year, this band is more than ready to rip you to pieces!
Opening the evening will be none other than Dutch thrash metallers Headless Hunter. These maniacs play a relentless style of old-school thrash metal for fans of bands like Exodus, Testament, Nuclear Assault and Evildead!
