Join us for a complimentary outdoor feel-good, high-vibe sculpt class led by Paige McCarthy of @thewellthypaige: an elevated blend of barre + Pilates-inspired movement designed to tone, lengthen, and reconnect you to your body.

Expect a low-impact, high-burn flow that targets core, glutes, arms, and deep stabilizing muscles—while weaving in breath, strength, and intentional movement. Whether you’re deep in your wellness era or just getting back into it, this class meets you where you are and leaves you feeling stronger, lighter, and more energized.
