Bring your mat and Join Logan for an energizing workout that combines yoga poses with strength training. This is a great way to increase flexibility and get a good sweat on! 💪🏼🧘🏽‍♀️

We will just be using our body weight to focus more on building strength and endurance while still getting the benefits of yoga. 🏋🏽‍♀️
