Hello Neighbors! Last December at our Holiday Gathering, we discussed a summer gathering. I apologize that the time slipped away from me, but thanks to Trish for the poke and getting things rolling, here we are!
Details:
1) Super casual, potluck affair.
2) Bring your own plates and utensils, and a dish to share. Feel free (but not obligated) to bring games, frisbees, etc.
3) Manning the grill is not something Trish or I are interested in doing. However, it would be cool to have a grill going if anyone wants to bring anything to grill. Would anyone (ideally a few people) like to step up and volunteer to be grill-master?*
4) A signup sheet is here. If you are hell-bent on being spontaneous and bringing something you decide on at the last minute, that is totally okay, but it would help if you put your dish here so we can try to round out the party and not have like six bowls of potato salad. Thank you!

5) Alcohol is permitted; however, please be mindful.
*Duties of Grillmaster:
-Before potluck, check out the grill area, make sure it is clean, not full of ashes, etc.
-Are there tools at Ester Park?
-Day of potluck, bring fuel: wood, charcoal briquettes, whatever is appropriate. Bring grill tools if needed.
-Get fire going so that it is ready to cook things by the time potluck starts.
-Keep fire going as long as demand warrants.
-Grill master is not expected to provide any food to be grilled, or do the actual cooking.
-Potluck attendees who bring food needing to be grilled (hotdogs, hamburgers, whatever) need to be prepared to do the cooking themselves.
