Come join us at Stairway To Heaven for an epic hike with good vibes and a sweepinig view. Lead by Sohailla (so hey la), a producer turned personal trainer specializing in coaching TV / Film Crew.

The purpose of creating a regular series like Crew Moves is to get our production professionals moving outside of long set days, step away from screens and deadlines, and reconnect with your body. These events are designed to help you recharge through movement, reset with nature, and rebuild community with others who “get it.”

Where: Stairway to Heaven in Vernon NJ. You must have your own transportation / carpool with a friend about 1 hour west from NYC.

When: Sunday, September 28th

Meet-up: 8:30 AM (hike starts at 9:00 AM sharp)

Trail Length: 3 miles

Duration: 2–2.5 hour hike

• Parking is $9 flat fee (self-paid at the trail lot). Carpooling encouraged!
• Bring light jacket, water, snacks, bug spray, sunscreen, hiking shoes, and a sense of joy.
• Lunch is optional: add on for $10 (provided by Sohailla & non-refundable). If you don't want to pay the additional $3 CC fee - you can Venmo Sohailla directly at @sohaillamoves.
