THIS IS A CSC EVENT. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF RSOC OR AN AUTHORIZED CRESCENT SKI COUNCIL CLUB TO ATTEND.
Once again, the Crescent Ski Council Fall Conference will be held at the Glenstone Lodge in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Enjoy a weekend in the Smoky Mountains and take in the fall color. Friday will be Registration with an early evening Meet and Greet.
Administrative meetings will take place on Saturday. For those not in meetings, you have time for a local hike, shop downtown, or attend the afternoon scheduled tour of the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery.
The Trade Show will take place on Saturday evening. Appetizers, desserts and beverages will be provided. After the Trade Show, be sure to wear your Halloween finery to the DJ Halloween party! At the party, wine and beer will be provided. You will not want to miss this great opportunity to meet with ski industry leaders, work with other club members from Crescent and socialize with other Crescent clubs in the nostalgic town of Gatlinburg. A full schedule will be sent to you upon receiving your registration fee.
HOTEL REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
5:00 p.m. Monday, September 22 (no guarantee of room availability after this date). The outlined rates are available from Thursday, October 23 to Monday, October 27.
Individuals can make online reservations by clicking on the link in the RSOC Event or they can call 800/362-9522, Dial 1 for Individual Reservations, NOT Group Sales, and identify yourself as a Crescent Ski Council Individual at the time of reservation. Individual reservations require the first night’s room/tax at the time of reservation with the remaining balance due upon check-in.
Please note: The rates shown on the website may be averaged over several days. The rate will change dependent on your dates; so be sure to update: 1) your dates 2) number of nights and 3) “search availability”. (Room rates listed below do not include tax). The cancellation policy is outlined on the Reservation Instructions page.
Cancellations may be made 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date forfeits the first night’s room/tax. Rates are based upon up to four people per room. Rate and room block will be honored until September 24. After the cutoff date, the rate will be adjusted, and rooms may be reserved based on availability. Rates are for Double Queen rooms. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, current 12.75%.

Double Queen Interior or Exterior: $119 Sunday-Thursday
$149 Friday-Saturday
Front Balcony Double Queen: $139 Sunday-Thursday
$169 Friday-Saturday
AMENITIES: Mini refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, free WIFI, multi-level indoor atrium pool with waterfall and hot tub, large outdoor pool, two blocks from downtown, restaurant on-site.
