This sacred vibrational and deeply immersive session is led while you lay down, relax and bathe in the sounds of crystal alchemy bowls, symphonic gongs, and harps while they work their magic.
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience that encourages and supports a state of deep relaxation where stress release and cellular healing is encouraged throughout this high frequency vibrational exploration.

This is a sacred event, please arrive on time and once the doors are closed there is no entering or leaving the space. Prepare accordingly.

Our body temperature drops when we enter a relaxed lucid dreaming state.
How to prepare for your Sound Journey to enjoy the experience:
Bring the following.
・ yoga mat BYOM・ pillow ・ blanket ・
We will supply one blanket, bolster and sandbag.
*You will be lying down for 55 minutes.
*Use blindfolds for added rest of the senses.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time so you can relax, get settled, and quietly join our other beautiful participants.
*Drink plenty of water before and after to promote the effects of the vibrational frequencies.
Sound transforms on a cellular level - drinking water before and afterwards will help remove toxins released by the body!
