Get ready for a neighborhood Halloween crawl through Capitol Hill’s favorite haunts.
Start your night at Union Pub with a seasonal beer or spooky cocktail, wander down to The Eastern for a glass of wine, and finish at Barrel for a festive Halloween cocktail — then stay for a late-night Hilloween Party in Barrel’s basement bar.
