Each course pairs a handcrafted, Halloween-inspired cocktail with a hauntingly creative dish, brought to life by eerie tales told by your host Bubba Henson. From the eerie fizz of The Tell-Tale Heart to the decadent finale of Death by Chocolate, you’ll sip and savor your way through a night of spooky sophistication-if you dare.

Act 1: Bubbles with a dark secret

• Cocktail: Soligo Prosecco, rose syrup, hibiscus flower
• Dish: Pistachio-crusted goat cheese, local honey, fried oyster

Act 2: A potion stirred in green mystery

• Cocktail: Shochu, Hendrick’s Orbium, lemon, Midori, matcha, toasted sesame
• Dish: Kombu & Shochu-cured scallop, matcha sushi rice, fermented green cabbage, lemon beurre blanc

Act 3: A fiery spirit with a devilish grin

• Cocktail: Peach, jalapeño whisky, honey, lemon, Cholula, Tajín rim
