SPEAKER BIO
• Nate Morley, Founder of Works Collective
Nate Morley is the founder of Works Collective, the agency behind the brand identities for the FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, the Esports World Cup, and many more. Nate’s career has been built on developing and amplifying brands that impact culture. While working as the CMO at DC Shoes, Nate helped create the Gymkhana series of YouTube films. His experience also includes working as a Group Creative Director at 72andSunny, at Nike in Global Brand Marketing, as the CMO at Skullcandy and as Advisory Board member of the YouTube channel, Donut Media. As an agency partner, Nate has created strategy, campaigns and content for brands like Samsung, Spotify, Target, ESPN, Activision, Fender, Robinhood, Cotopaxi, Reef, WM, Gillette and many more. His strategic and creative expertise is broad, diverse and has solidified him as a leader in shaping cultural narratives and defining market success.
• Roger Gastman, Founder of Beyond The Streets
Equal parts historian and disruptor Roger Gastman is a curator, urban anthropologist, collector and filmmaker. He has dedicated his life to educating, entertaining and solidifying the cultural importance of graffiti as a significant contemporary art form. Gastman served as a producer of the 2010 Academy Award-nominated film Exit Through the Gift Shop, and the co-curator of the first and largest graffiti exhibition, Art in the Streets, held in 2011 at the MoCA in Los Angeles. He has published magazines and produced over 80 books. He is the founder of BEYOND THE STREETS, the premiere exhibition of graffiti, street art and beyond. Rolling Like Thunder, his latest documentary which highlights the Freight Train Graffiti movement, recently aired on Showtime. BEYOND THE STREETS was founded by Roger Gastman, producer of the 2010 Academy Award-nominated film, Exit Through the Gift Shop, co-curator of Art in the Streets (2011) at the MoCA in Los Angeles, and director of the SHOWTIME documentary Rolling Like Thunder (2021), a plunge into the underground world of freight train graffiti culture.
BEYOND THE STREETS is an art-driven cultural and educational worldwide movement celebrating mark makers and rule breakers, agitators and instigators. Its curation showcases the best of contemporary and emerging artists, with a focus on graffiti and street art creators. Boasting over 100 artist collaborators per show, BEYOND THE STREETS is known for its massive-scale exhibitions, immersive educational experiences, and engaging pop-up events, which have played host to over 650,000 unique visitors between its shows in Los Angeles, New York, The Hamptons, London, Shanghai, and digital showcases with NTWRK. BEYOND THE STREETS exhibitions have produced over 2.5B media impressions through global art publications, business journals and culture magazines. BEYOND THE STREETS is widely recognized for its innovative brand partnerships and premium publications, which include over 75 published and authored book titles, including works for the likes of Martha Cooper, Felipe Pantone, POSE, Paul Insect, and Mister CARTOON, amongst others. BEYOND THE STREETS pushes the very idea of art beyond any preconceived boundary.
