About this Event
About the programme
Creatively Me is a small-group Creative Health coaching programme for women and female identifiying people who want to reconnect with their confidence, creativity, and sense of agency — in a space that feels safe, playful, and deeply human.
Hosted by You’re Invited CIC co-founder Amie Boylan this programme blends coaching, creative health, positive psychology, and multidisciplinary arts practice to support wellbeing, self-expression, and belonging.
This is not therapy — and not a traditional coaching course. It’s a guided, creative process designed to help you reflect, experiment, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
What you’ll explore
Across three themed workshops, we’ll work with:
- My Creative Self – reconnecting with identity, strengths, and voice
- Agency Through Imagination – expanding choice, possibility, and confidence
- Performance for Empowerment – showing up, being seen, and taking space
Sessions are rooted in creative health and coaching principles, using art, movement, reflection, and group dialogue. No artistic experience is needed. The sessions aim to help you move forward through Play – sustaining momentum without burnout.
Why this space is different
- Small group (max 8) for depth and care
- Fully accessible, welcoming city-centre studio
- All materials provided
- Optional studio access between sessions
- A final community showcase celebrating the work created (optional to participate)
