Niall O’ Gallagher, Bard Baile Ghlaschu, (Glasgow’s Gaelic Bard) will be running a series of workshops at the Mitchell Library from May 2026 until the end of the year. Each session Niall will curate a Gaelic book selection, which he will read from, followed by a creative writing workshops, designed for both intermediate learners and fluent Gaelic speakers. Each session offers a new opportunity to explore Gaelic literature, develop your own writing, and connect with the language in a vibrant, welcoming setting.
