Story Art: Print, Bind & Create Your Handmade Art Journal

This three-part workshop series led by a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years of professional experience integrating depth psychology, mindfulness and holistic creative practice.

Participants will move through a structured creative process beginning with playful printmaking, continuing with handmade journal creation and culminating in reflective art journaling.

Over three sessions, participants will:

• Create layered prints using gelli plate printmaking with acrylic paints and natural or repurposed objects

• Learn a simple bookbinding method to assemble a personalized handmade journal

• Work with collage, imagery and guided reflective writing prompts

• Experience a mindful, somatic creative process that supports stress relief and personal insight

Participants are encouraged to bring optional paper ephemera such as vintage book pages, photographs, letters or maps to personalize their journals.

No art experience is required. All materials are included.

Price:

$90 each session (3 hours)

$255 full series (May 2, 16, 23)

Enrollment is limited to just 13 participants.

Each session offers three hours of professionally guided creative exploration in an intentionally supportive small-group setting. Workshops may be purchased individually or as a full series.

This workshop is for creative exploration and is not therapy or group psychological treatment. Insurance is not accepted.
