Join us for a 4-week creative journey exploring our feelings and discovering healthy coping strategies through art. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to express themselves through painting, collage, and other forms of artistic expression in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No artistic experience is needed. All supplies and refreshments are included in the registration cost.
