Welcome to our Creative Wellness Journal Workshop Series, Unlock Your Creative Spirit, led by expressive arts facilitator and artist JUDY NEMER SKLAR. This 8-class journey nurtures your creative soul and promotes personal healing. Each class is a step in a transformative process that builds upon the last, creating a cohesive and powerful experience.

Class 1: The Gateway to Creativity: The Journal - Discover the power of journaling for self-expression and healing. Learn how to use your journal to capture thoughts, emotions, and inspirations, setting the foundation for your creative exploration.

Class 2: Painting Your Emotions - Dive into the world of colors and brushstrokes as you learn to express your inner world through painting. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to let your emotions flow onto the canvas.

Class 3: The Rhythm of Life: Music - Experience the healing vibrations of music. Engage with sound and rhythm to unlock new creativity and emotional release levels.

Class 4: Movement and Mindfulness - Connect with your body through gentle movement exercises. Discover how physical expression can mirror the soul's dance and enhance your creative energy.

Class 5: Crafting Words - Writing Workshop Explore the art of writing as a form of self-discovery and expression. From poetry to prose, find your unique voice and tell your story.

Class 6: The Power of Storytelling - Delve into the ancient art of storytelling. Learn how to weave your experiences into stories that captivate, inspire, and heal the teller and the listener.

This class is limited to 8 students.

Supplies:
You will need only bring a mixed-media journal (approximately 9 x 12”), a number 2 drawing pencil, and a kneaded eraser.

Feel free to bring your favorite watercolor pencils or a brush and a few tubes of watercolor paint).
