Join us for this 5-week class to explore prayer practices that will assist you in creating more space for God in your life and more openness to the Holy Spirit's transformational work. This class will include teaching, personal reflection, pair sharing, and experiential learning about practices including the breath prayer, guided meditation, prayer of examen, Lectio Divina and noticing and nurturing. We will also reflect on how God is transforming us and do exercises with the goal of helping us develop an ear for the Holy Spirit within. The facilitator is Cathy Weiskopf.
