Creative Unbound : A retreat
If you were a designer or a marketer or a product innovator standing on the office balcony figuring stuff out, in one of those fuzzy moments in the project, and your CEO walks in, you need to give an 'update' and not tell the truth, which is "I am still way off the next big idea, and I have no idea how I will get there". For this update, and many more such situations, we creative professionals devised the Process. Double Diamond, Design Thinking, MDA and many more. These are simplistic, objective and save creative professionals everywhere in the world in awkward situations.
The problem is when we start focusing on the steps of the process and not on what really makes the process successful - which is the way we need to think and feel. Obviously, it is not easy to answer: How to make a marketer more empathetic? Or how to increase the creativity of a designer? Or can one make a product manager handle vagueness better? Or can a team be more intuitive with their decision-making? Or how to induce fearlessness in a team?
This is the core of what we do at Yes and Play. We need to move back from the Design Thinking Process, to the Designer's Thinking Process. We work on these seemingly impossible, immeasurable, subjective skill sets and enhance your creativity and professional growth.
In this one-day retreat at the meditative environs of SACAC, right in the heart of South Delhi, we will cover these areas, with a gamified pedagogy using improv techniques and trademarked storytelling structures:
-Spontaneous Creativity
-Active Listening
-Stage Aura
-Intuitive Storytelling
Seats are limited to 25, to maintain close interaction with the coach and within the group.
