Jean-Louis leads at the intersection of artistic vision, organizational strategy and audience connection. His approach combines clear direction with collaborative leadership, creating space for new ideas while strengthening sustainability, relevance and community connection.
As Executive Director of the Chilliwack Cultural Centre, his work spans artistic planning, audience development, organizational growth, partnerships, and long-term strategy, grounded in the belief that creativity and strong leadership are essential to thriving arts organizations.
