Come in for a relaxing and unwinding hour of art therapy with Mikael Byrd. This is a chill, low-stakes class meant to help you creatively unwind from the week. Each week will showcase different art therapy methods that can be taken far from the classroom and into everyday life. Whether you are a lawyer, a writer, a doctor, a chairperson, or an artist, this class can help you learn strategies for calming the mind. You can sign up one time or every week, as often as you need it! All project supplies are included for each session.ALNF Members: $15
