Join us as we explore the Root Chakra, the fertile soil in which the seeds of our existence grow.
We’re also beginning a new round of the Chakra Series! If you attended past workshops and missed a chakra, now’s the perfect time to sign up and continue the journey.
Feel inspired by Katie’s chakra-tuned singing bowls, posture breaks, chanting and breathing practices, while you are led by Gina through a meditative painting session. Explore your personal roots while setting intentions for inner growth through the winter months ready to bloom in the spring
No painting experience necessary.
All supplies will be provided.
