We are opening up a container for creativity, ceremony & magic in the beautiful and cozy home of the Hamrén family since 20 years, located in the village Norrbo where the family has roots since the 16th century.

Hälsingland – A Quiet Center of Craft and Folklore
In northern Sweden, Hälsingland stands as a living hub of craftsmanship, folklore, and creative energy. Nowhere is this more felt than around the Dellen lakes—two round, calm waters created by an ancient meteor impact.
The Dellens – A Natural Creative Core
Artists, makers, and storytellers are drawn to the lakes’ clear light and steady presence. The landscape feels both ancient and alive, a place where ideas settle and grow. Many speak of the Dellens as collaborators—silent companions shaping their work.
Craft and Tradition
Hälsingland’s long craft traditions—woodworking, weaving, ironwork, and the decorated Hälsingegårdar interiors—continue here in renewed forms. Local creators blend old techniques with modern expression, inspired by forests, water, and the region’s deep folklore.
Folklore in the Land
Stories of forest spirits, giants, and shimmering beings in the lakes remain part of daily life, offering a sense that the land is animated and watchful. These tales give the region its distinctive creative pulse.
A Haven for Creative People
The Dellens form a quiet center of gravity, attracting painters, musicians, designers, herbalists, and storytellers. It is not a loud artistic scene but a steady one—rooted in nature, tradition, and the subtle magic of the surrounding landscape.

The retreat is co-facilitated by Ellinor & Malin who will hold the space and provide healthy, vegetarian meals. We will focus on creative expression, ceremonial work and indoors activities, but there will also be time to take nice walks.
Investment: 1500 SEK
There are 6 spots in shared bedrooms, and we will be maximum 8 women in total.
The language will be English and we welcome international women from Europe and beyond.
The hosts both have a long experience of women's work & sister circles, creative work in community, sacred ceremony & sharing circles. Neurospicy sisters wecome, we will do our best to accommodate any sensitivity you might have ♡
