Take a Breath This August — Join Us for Creative Reset Art TherapyAugust 14th | 🕕 6:15–7:45 PM | 📍 Carolina Forest Rec Center
This isn’t your typical paint night. In this special Creative Reset session, you’ll participate in a unique, collaborative painting experience designed to ease anxiety, encourage self-expression, and remind you that you don’t have to control every outcome to create something beautiful.
Using acrylic paint and guided prompts, we’ll explore:
Releasing perfectionism through shared art
Building connection through creative flow
Using brush strokes as a mindfulness tool
Each person will begin their canvas… and then pass it to the next person. Together, we’ll layer colors, emotions, and energy—one canvas at a time. It’s bold. It’s fun. And it’s a powerful way to remember that life (and healing) is messy and shared.
No art skills needed — just curiosity and a willingness to let go.
