Creative Reset: Mindful Making Workshop

Join us for a unique collaboration between creativity and mental wellness, where art becomes a tool for slowing down, reconnecting, and expressing yourself — no experience needed.

We’ll begin with a short, guided exercise led by psychologist Dr. Rebecca Kinsey, HSPP, designed to help you settle into the present moment and reconnect with your body.

From there, artist Melissa Cain will guide you in creating your own “forever plant” suncatcher piece — a simple, beautiful project designed to bring light and calm into your space.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore the connection between creativity and mental wellness — how making art can help reduce stress, improve mood, and support overall well-being.

This is a judgment-free, low-pressure space to unwind, connect, and create at your own pace.

Guests are welcome to stay a little longer if needed (typically no later than 7 PM).

If you need to leave promptly by 6:30 PM, please let us know up front so we can help keep you on track.
