Start the new year with 12 weeks of calm, creative renewal in a peaceful, fully equipped studio. Guided by certified art therapy practitioner Gracy Bondy,
each session includes:
A gentle grounding exercise
Introduction to the week’s theme
One hour of supported open studio time
Reflective journaling and optional sharing
You’ll explore simple therapeutic art processes using a wide range of materials—textiles, clay, canvas, mixed media, and more—designed to encourage creative expression, reduce stress, and restore emotional balance.
