Join the Alabama Real Estate Investor Association for a time of networking and real estate training. This is a FREE event for beginners and expers alike. Meet and greet with some of Birmingham's most prominent real estate figures.

This month, AlaREIA president Brian Trippe will be speaking on creative deal structure. Brian has completed well over 500 real estate transactions in his 12+ year career as a real estate professional, most of which were done by non-traditional means.

Brian will specifically be teaching on options contracts, wrap mortgages, and buying properties subject to the existing mortgage.

This will be a great event to attend, especially if you've heard some of these terms but are unclear on how exactly to execute them.

Scott Wood of Jacob Title, an expert in closing creative transactions, will also be on hand to answer the legal/technical questions.
