Join us for the very first Creative Night at Verve!
"Last Friday Paint & Sip"
Leave the notifications behind, bring your favorite beverage, and spend an evening creating something beautiful with your own two hands.
This month we're painting a Sunflower Sunset—a beginner-friendly watercolor project designed to teach foundational techniques while creating a piece you'll actually want to display.
Over the course of the evening, you'll learn how to:
🌅 Create soft watercolor washes and smooth color gradients for a glowing sunset sky
🎨 Blend warm sunset colors using beginner-friendly watercolor techniques
🌻 Paint a bold sunflower silhouette that pops against the vibrant sky
✨ Build confidence with watercolor in a relaxed, judgment-free environment
No experience required. Seriously. If you've ever thought, "I'm not artistic enough," this workshop is for you.

6:15 PM – 6:35 PM Watercolor basics:
• Wet-on-wet

6:35 PM – 7:25 PM Paint the sunset sky
7:25 PM – 7:55 PM 🌻 Intermission & Social Time

• Browse the shop

• Allow artwork to fully dry
7:55 PM – 8:20 PM Paint the sunflower silhouette and finishing details
8:20 PM – 8:30 PM Photos, reveal, and wrap-up
Unlike many paint nights, we intentionally build in a relaxed intermission between painting sessions. This gives your watercolor painting time to dry while giving you time to enjoy a snack, sip your favorite beverage, connect with fellow creatives, and take in the studio atmosphere.
