Discover the calming power of creativity.
Mindful art is a relaxing, expressive way to explore your thoughts and emotions using colour, texture, and imagery rather than words. Perfect for anyone feeling the pressures of daily life, this course helps you create mental space, improve wellbeing, and reconnect with your creativity.
Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle activities focused on the process, not the final product. No experience is needed—just a willingness to explore. You’ll try collage, drawing, and mark-making to develop your own visual voice.
Your tutor, Elizabeth Macdonald, is an experienced creative professional who has led wellbeing workshops since 2009. Her sessions are nurturing, inspiring, and designed to build your confidence.
You’ll be encouraged to slow down and embrace the creative flow, leaving with your own art journal and tools to continue your mindful practice beyond the course.
