An introduction to the practice of creative journaling. Come along and get creative with us as we have a go at making our own creative journals - incorporating art journaling and reflective writing - you don't need any artistic or writing skills/experience to give it a go!

The workshop will give an introduction to different forms of creative journalling and provide materials for you to start making your own, together with reflective writing prompts.
If you have a journal or any notebook you would like to use bring it along, but it's not necessary as we will provide basic notebooks to get you started.
