Come and join a 60-minutes creative journaling session with Sarolta Németh Wald, an art therapist and creative journaling facilitator.
You'll be guided through an expressive experience that's a bit like guided drawing. You'll receive gentle prompts to help creativity flow naturally - no artistic experience needed!
Creative journaling offers a sensory, colourful way to reconnect with yourself and express feelings through non-verbal means. It's grounding, therapeutic, and perfect for parents seeking a moment of creative calm. Babies and toddlers are welcome!
Min 3/Max 8 participants. All materials are provided!
