In this hands-on experience, you’ll dive into therapeutic art-making with curiosity, compassion, and play. Together, you will use imagination and creativity to move through blocks and discover new ways of understanding and connecting with your feelings.
No previous art experience is needed! We’ll provide all materials, just bring an open mind and a playful spirit. Whether you’re a parent looking to share a creative moment with your child or a child exploring new ways to express yourself, this class is for you. And don’t worry if you feel resistance or fear, those feelings are welcome here, too. Art is an experiment, and you never know what you might learn about yourself along the way.
