Experience an afternoon where breath guides your movements and your heart guides your art. We’ll start with a series of yoga poses aimed at opening your body and your mind to the beauty of the present moment.
Following our yoga practice, we’ll dive into the world of Mandala rock painting—a mindful activity where you’ll decorate stones with colorful symmetrical designs. Step by step instructions and guidance will be provided as well as all the supplies you need to create a rock mandala. You’ll leave not only with a unique piece of art made by your own hands but also with a refreshed connection to your creative self.
