Led by Dee and Chenda, this experience invites you to explore creativity through guided movement, expressive arts, and a collaborative song circle filled with rhythm, voice, and heart.
Refreshments will be provided. Please bring a reusable cup for refreshments, comfy warm clothes for movement and art, an open heart, and willingness to do fun things!
